Embark on a full-day guided hike along the scenic Prins Bertil's Trail, starting at Halmstad Castle and concluding in the tranquil surroundings of Möllegård. This gentle-paced walk is led by nature photographer and Halland expert Patrik Leonardsson, who brings the trail to life with engaging stories and light-hearted anecdotes about the region’s past.
As you make your way along the coastline, Patrik will introduce you to tales of Viking battles, old shipping routes, geology, ancient carvings, and local legends. Photography tips are also on offer for those wanting to capture the trail’s many picturesque moments.
After around two-thirds of the route, pause for a well-earned lunch at Hotel Tylösand, with views of the sea and Tylön island. The final stretch takes you through shifting sand dunes and lush green paths along Nyrebäcken stream, ending in Möllegård.
