We begin with a grounded warm-up that activates your core, legs, and posture — building strength, stability, and that unapologetic stance heels demand.
The choreography is bold, expressive, and musically driven — blending sensuality, strength, and attitude. You’ll train stamina, coordination, and fluidity while learning how to command a room with your energy. Expect hair flips, slow burns, explosive accents, and moments that challenge you to take up space without apology.

To get the most out of your class, wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that make you feel powerful. For footwear, you can choose between trainers or heels with good ankle support, though dancing barefoot is also an option. We highly recommend bringing knee pads for floorwork, along with a water bottle and a small towel. Feel free to bring some lipstick or gloss for that extra attitude boost. Please note that classes are conducted in English.
