This is intelligent, functional movement. Using only your own bodyweight, the session develops real-world strength, stability, and mobility without the need for equipment. Every exercise emphasizes control and alignment, building resilience through precise, intentional movement.

To ensure you can focus fully on the session and get the best results, we recommend wearing comfortable training clothes that allow for a full range of movement. If the class is held outdoors on grass or a deck, please wear supportive athletic shoes. Be sure to bring your own water bottle and a small towel to keep you comfortable and aid your recovery.
