Our sessions consist of a carefully curated mix of core-focused stability, controlled strength movements, and low-impact cardio intervals, interspersed with mobility drills and playful partner challenges. We provide all necessary equipment, and sessions are led by professional instructors to ensure both safety and progression.
For the best experience, please wear weather-appropriate activewear, preferably with swimwear underneath just in case. Don’t forget to bring a towel, water bottle, and sunscreen or a cap on sunny days. No prior SUP experience is required as beginners are fully guided, but all participants must be able to swim. Please note that alcohol is not permitted before the session, and we may need to reschedule in case of strong winds or heavy rain to ensure everyone's safety.
