Slow down, step onto the water, and breathe with the river. This guided mindful SUP experience on the beautiful Nissan River is designed to meet your group exactly where you are—whether you are complete beginners or confident paddlers. We tailor the session to your specific pace, energy, and intention.
We begin with a grounding introduction on land, focusing on posture awareness and safety to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident before stepping onto the boards. Once on the water, we paddle gently along the calm river, allowing nature to set the rhythm. Throughout the experience, elements of mindfulness are seamlessly woven in, including conscious breathing techniques, body awareness, and moments of silent paddling. The Nissan’s still waters and surrounding greenery create a natural container for presence, connection, and a total nervous system reset. This experience is perfect for corporate groups, retreats, private celebrations, or women’s circles. All equipment is included.
To prepare for your session, please wear weather-appropriate activewear, preferably with swimwear underneath just in case. Don’t forget to bring a towel, water bottle, and sunscreen or a cap on sunny days. No prior SUP experience is required as beginners are fully guided, but all participants must be able to swim. Please note that alcohol is not permitted before the session, and we may need to reschedule in case of strong winds or heavy rain to ensure everyone's safety.
The activity is available for groups of 6 to 10 people.
